Great concert season to remember. Now we head in to the holiday season and give thanks for all the blessings of this past year. And we pray for a season of peace for all.

Before I respond to the posts - YES! Ziggy was great! It was a great show!

Now to the complaints. It was the decision of the Saloon, not the security company, to handle our first major night time show a little differently. We were responsible for the safety and welfare of over 2,000 people. We also have to take our community into consideration. They have to know that if that many people are invading their neighborhood, we take it seriously. Thank you for the input, I am sure we can adjust for future shows. It is difficult balancing the need to keep people safe, and the feeling of being "nazied" by security. We love our concert goers, but remember, the Pozo Saloon is smack in the middle of a quiet community that we respect. And some security decisions are made on their behalf as well as those in the venue.

All that aside - it was an amazing season! Many great performances graced the Pozo stage and we thank everyone who came out and enjoyed it with us. Sincerely, from the bottom of our hearts, we appreciate everyone who walks through our gates to listen to the music.

I was at the Saloon this evening - the sunset from the stage was so beautiful. Pozo is kind of magic sometimes. Sorry I didn't get the beginning of the sunset - it really was a Maxfield Parrish sight!

HEY! IT'S THE G.LOVE and MARC BROUSSARD GANG AFTER THE CONCERT 9/24!!
From left that's Marc in the green, BBQer extraordinnare Keith with the mustacio, Rhonda in her perpetual apron, Levi of LB Productions, Mike and better half from Firestone Brewery, Sam from Kiss and Tell, Bob Righetti from the Hospitality Crew behind her, long and lanky G.Love next to Sam, longer and lankier Tim Reed of Backburner Productions with the loverly Jamaica behind it all, and Special Saucers rounding out the masses.
Backstage fun after the great concert with G.Love, Marc Broussard and Siko. Everyone was amazing, the audience included! Many thanks to those who patrolled their own trash, really it was one of the most considerate crowds we have had! Thank you!
